In keeping with our American Beauty theme for the month of May (Education Commissioner Tom Gallagher spoke on May 25), the Capital Tiger Bay Club is pleased to announce that Lt. Governor Frank Brogan will be our guest speaker at noon on May 31. Fresh off his recent address to the junior varsity (James Madison Institute), Lt. Governor Brogan will provide a recap of the 2000 Florida Legislative Session. As the point man for the Governor, he will provide his perspective on key issues dealt with during the past session, discuss issues that were pushed aside, and perhaps even touch on those that appear to be riding off into the sunset!
