Please join us for Capital Tiger Bay Club on Tuesday, May 2, for our next program, featuring ‘No Labels’ Co-Chairs and guest speakers, Al Cardenas and Michael Rawlings. 

No Labels‘ is a non-profit, political organization that supports bi-partisan policy and unity in American politics. The non-profit defines themselves as a “national movement of commonsense Americans pushing our leaders together to solve our country’s biggest problems.” ‘No Labels’ seeks to be a voice for those feeling politically homeless, place country above partisanship, and recommit to the fundamental beliefs that have historically united Americans.

Al Cardenas is a nationally recognized leader in law, business, and politics. He has served as an adviser to U.S. Presidents, as counsel of record in a number of precedent-setting and published court decisions, and as a commentator and writer on issues of national importance. Al is the Vice-Chairman of No-Labels, as a member of the International Republican Institute (IRI) International Advisory Board and formerly as Chairman of the American Conservative Union (ACU). He previously served two terms as Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida and three consecutive terms as its Vice-Chairman.

Michael Rawlings is a founding partner of CIC Partners, its current Vice-Chairman, and has been with the Firm since its inception in 2004. From 2011 to 2019 Mike was also the Mayor of the City of Dallas, the ninth largest city in the U.S., when it saw more growth than any time in its history. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Legends Hospitality Management, President of Pizza Hut, and previously served as the City of Dallas Parks and Recreation Board President, Dallas’ Homeless Czar and Chairman for the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau and has been recognized with many national awards.

Guest fee for this program is $35. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience so we may provide an accurate headcount for food and beverage.
